On Jan 25, this happened. Other driver’s insurance is paying. However, no body shop can fix it except Tesla Body Shop in Pomona and their first appt was 3/14 so I drove it damaged for 1.5 months. It has been there since 3/14 and now I am pissed. I can’t get an update, insurance company calls me because they can’t get an update either. This is not the way a quality-oriented and customer-oriented company behaves. @tesla_model_3
